I took my c220c to the dealership today in Newbury, they did a rubbish job servicing it, refused to set up the Mercedes Me feature, then they decided to wash it and put a nice big scratch in the bonnet, all for the bargain price of £455 pounds. Maybe if I'd paid more they would have smashed it up and written it off. It was never a brilliant car, it's badly designed and built, lots of nasty sharp edges and fancy tech that doesn't work. It's on 15000 miles now and I'm very close to taking it back for a refund.
