Wait 20 minutes until he arrives. No vehicle available. Arrange a later date. Second visit. Queue to get in once more. Wait for a different sales person. Apology because someone (un named ) should have rung me earlier to say the vehicle is off road. Wasted journey. Promise to re arrange from Richard ? reputedly a sales manager. Third inter action. Ring as heard nothing from no one. Ring again and complain about lack of service. In spite of all of this I have as yet heard nothing after nearly one month.
