Absolutely dreadful company. Canceled our home owners insurance for having potted plants on our stairs. We moved the potted plants and sent photos as evidence and they refused to reinstate our insurance.They also jerked our auto policy after DMV mistakenly didn't update my registration during Covid shutdown...... The worst. I had to pay extra fees because of their negligence
