But had a customer saying they had a problem with there shower door. After 7 years. I popped round and realised one off the wheels was faulty. After a simple phone call. Explaining what the issue was. I was put through to Patric Brennan. He was very helpful. He asked me to send a few pictures off shower screen and email them over to him. He identified the product. And confirmed that a new complete set off wheels are on the way. Free off charge. Amazing. Now that’s what I call excellent service. Well done the MERLYN TEAM
