I bought a pair of walking shoes from this company, but they never arrived despite a message saying they had been delivered in my (non existent) secure porch.I have emailed the company, but after 8 days, no response. They do have an online chat option, but it doesn’t work.So they have stolen £135.00 from me & I can do nothing about it.
