I got kits from here for a few people as Christmas presents and also decided to get one for myself. Started mine after Christmas and got 5 mushrooms in the first harvest, which is when I realised that I had not been watering them enough! After I read the instruction again and watered the kit properly, I got 20+ mushrooms in the second harvest! Really looking forward to seeing how the rest of the harvests go. At the same time, I decided to get some for my bother for his birthday. Unfortunately there was some issue with the delivery. I had raised an enquiry as soon as we knew of the issue. They have been absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to get this resolved. The parcel was delivered the next morning and I was very thankful for the help and amazing customer service that was provided!
