Requested a early morning call out on Sunday which was offered at a standard price. The contractor arrived on time. He was cheerful and professional. The job was not straightforward but he was reassuring and worked hard to resolve all the issues. He offered advice and recommendations about how I might manage the drainage to prevent future issues. My property was cleaned and sanitised before he left. Excellent service which I highly recommend.
