My experience with the messaging platform has deteriorated over time. The app frequently freezes, messages take ages to deliver, and voice/video calls are severely laggy. Notifications are either delayed or fail to appear altogether. Reaching customer support is nearly impossible, and issues remain unresolved. Given the size of the platform, the quality is surprisingly poor.
