My experience with the messaging service has declined significantly over time. The application frequently freezes, messages are incredibly slow to deliver, and voice/video calls suffer from severe lag. Notifications are either delayed or don’t appear at all. Reaching customer support is nearly impossible, and issues remain unresolved. Given the size of the platform, the quality is surprisingly subpar.
