I've worked with this company since 2011 with their professional software. Their new self management tool is sooooo empowering for people to manage their own individualized wellness plan. I use it on myself, my cat, and all my clients now are "required" to use it with their therapeutic sessions with me. Clients now require a lot less one to one counseling and that's the goal of all therapeutic approaches to REDUCE the need for it. Although I began using in April, 2024 I use it every day.
