I’m not a big PC guy and don’t know how to build one myself, but working with MetaPCs was an amazing experience overall. I reached out for help and they responded quickly, walking me through what I should get based on my needs. The whole process was easy, and the shipping blew me away—my PC arrived just 2 days after purchase.That being said, there was one issue after I received the PC. Due to an error with PayPal (or my bank), the money I spent on the PC was accidentally returned to me. I contacted MetaPCs, and their rep Drew confirmed they had received the payment on their end, but the funds never left on mine. I had to call PayPal directly to get it sorted out, which wasn’t fun to deal with.Overall, MetaPCs themselves were great—the payment issue seemed more on PayPal’s side than theirs—but it did add some stress to the process.
