Good morning, gentlemen. I have already cancelled my subscription via email. I will clearly explain that I want a refund. Firstly, the website has Portuguese available, but here they provide support in English, which I find unacceptable. In other words, I am making this complaint because I was a victim of aggressive sales tactics. I have already filed a complaint with the complaints portal. I have every right to request my money back, as I was a victim of an aggressive billing policy. I only paid €0.10 for the service, but hours later they charged me €49.90. I find this unfair. As a young student, I am very disappointed with the company, and I say this was the first and last time. I await the refund of my money.
