I ordered two multivitamin complexes and L-carnitine - ON Opti-men, ON Opti-women and BioTech. The L-Carnitine arrived with a damaged plastic measurement cap, but that's the smallest problem with the order.After I started taking vitamins, both my girlfriend and I had experienced headaches on a daily basis. At first I was skeptical about the cause of the headaches.
