The service seems promising until you actually move in. Once the deposit and rent are settled, the attitude shifts completely. From that moment, you're ignored, shuffled between various contacts, and no one takes real accountability or offers assistance. After just five days in the property, it became evident that the quality falls well short of what one would expect from a privately rented building. Critical problems like a lack of hot water and heating were reported immediately, yet the responses were merely excuses and delays with no resolutions. There are also significant ongoing issues that appear to have been overlooked: 1- The lobby door is broken and left ajar, allowing anyone to enter the building. 2- Access to any floor is unrestricted, contrary to what was communicated. 3- The lift is excessively loud, disturbing sleep at night. 4- The local representative shows no concern for the building’s condition. Overall, it feels as though support ceases once they have your payment. It’s an incredibly frustrating experience. I would not recommend renting through this service. It genuinely feels like they lack concern; they offer apologies but do not empathize with your situation. While they return to their own comfortable homes, tenants are left to manage unresolved issues in the property.
