I payed my bill on July 4 th and it was not due until August 4 th. Metro turned my phone off 9 days early. I was told I would be credited 9 days but would have to pay another $26.70 to turn my phone back on. I told the agent I don't have that and he said maybe you can borrow it somewhere. I explained I needed my phone, the bill was payed. I was left without phone service and I just moved county and I did not know my area. I had to find an exit ,find an wifi connection for GPS to find my way home. I have never been more scared and stressed. I will never use metro or refer this service. Especially to single female driving at night on the interstate
