Recurring outages and poor support.Metronet has frequent outages with no notifications, updates, or explanations. There’s no way to reach an agent by text, and when I tried reporting today through the website chat, the agent asked irrelevant questions about my property and animals instead of addressing the outage. Very frustrating unreliable
