On hold for 45 minutes only to be lied to (there’s issues in your area. BS)and hung up on. Call back. On hold for 40 minutes. Do this. Do that. What’s the serial number? Well, a tech is going to have to come out. First date available? July 17. 2.5 weeks from today. Run. Do not do not do not sign up with them.
