I ordered a product online and only after getting my confirmation email did I realise I'd popped the wrong address on there, so I emailed to ask for them to change it and Stephen Rodgers replied extremely promptly and changed the delivery address. Honestly really impressed with the speedy reply, usually these sorts of requests can be missed - I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
