I placed an order 7 Feb and only received one of the two extensions I ordered. The packing slip included in the parcel said the second item was shipped separately which is fine. But nothing ever came and I never received any further emails for the second tracking details/delivery. Their customer service said it was marked as fulfilled on their end but could offer me a store credit or send a replacement. I chose to get the replacement extensions posted. That was 13 March and still nothing. Fair enough if ur fulfilment centre makes mistakes when dispatching orders but at least fix it and don’t leave customers hanging and out of pocket.
