I bought a black to white wig online at the beginning of November. They sent me a black to dark grey one which wasn’t appropriate for its use or as described. They told me they were happy to replace it once the new batch arrived in January including honouring sale price if I sent it back. I sent it back paying out of pocket for return shipping. From this point on I never proactively heard from them, never received photos of any new batch, never heard they had received my returned wig (listed as returned with Aus Post tracking months ago). I followed up again but it felt a bit ridiculous so I looked at their reviews and saw all one star etc. So I contacted them to get a refund instead. From then on all long rude emails talking about being belittled and defamed instead of taking accountability for the poor experience.They have expressed they won’t give a refund and will wait for ACCC / bank retrieval.So I have no wig, and no funds. For others in the same situation once it’s clear they won’t be sending you product or refunding you just go straight to complain with ACCC and also lodge a dispute with your bank. The more frequently that happens the more businesses like this actually clean up their act or get closed. EDIT: Thank you for clarifying how you refuse to refund me when you still do not even have an as described version of the product I bought in November. That’s illegal. Your response has been screenshotted to both update both cases and reveal how different your communication style is when you think other people are watching. EDIT 2: My bank successfully retrieved the money based on the evidence given. Yasmin the owner had changed the product page description and returns policy. Use a website called Wayback Machine so you can capture the product description in play when you bought it.
