Most up to date! I finally received good customer service. The representative that helped me made sure I was able to process my return and did refund me the correct amount. She also confirmed that they sent the original return label to an incorrect email address so my original representative just did not type in the email correct. That being said- we received the new boots. My daughter wore them twice and the sole completely detached from the boot!! After all of this- their quality of the product is horrible. I have never experienced this before. Overall horrible experience. Buyer beware - not worth the hassle. Update to my review as I can no longer respond to their comments. The return label that they sent through was for a pair of boots that I had not even purchased yet when I made my return request. So, not only did they flag my review as defamatory to get it removed, they then made false comments. They did indeed email me over this return label but it was for the wrong boots! It was not my latest order, as they can see by all of the information I have had to fill out. Extremely horrible customer service. I will not be doing business with this company again. So extremely disappointed. Also, buyer beware! It states that they may decide to give me a store credit instead of refunding my money. Which is also infuriating, as these are unworn and I have been trying to return them since July! Yet, still not the correct shipping label. I will update if I ever get the correct label and how they refunded me. Original post:The item I ordered was too small so I wanted to exchange it but they only allowed returns. I submitted the return and they have not sent me the return label after 3 weeks. I keep asking and they said they have sent it but it is not in my inbox or junk folder. They are now not answering my messages. I have already ordered the new size for this item so it is not like I am not giving them business. I have requested this several times and “Renee” just says that it was sent and confirms my email but I have not received it.
