I had the worst experience with my first order for my daughter's birthday. I was promised delivery by May 8, but it was delayed to May 9-10. By May 12, I still hadn’t received it, so I contacted Mia Belle. They said the package was mis-shipped and offered store credit. When I requested a refund, they claimed my mail was delivered and told me to submit a missing mail search with USPS, which I did. Now they want a claims number. Be cautious doing business with this company; it feels like a scam. Once you pay, they leave you on your own, and there's no phone support, only delayed email responses. Out of seven items I ordered, I only received one, as they were shipped in different shipments. The item I received was made and shipped from China, even had Chinese characters on the package. The quality was very poor, so I returned that very item.
