Do not purchase from Mia Belle Girls. I purchased an outfit and used their size chart and compared to my daughters measurements and also purchased a mystery item at a value of $42.99. Not up to that amount but a value of $42.99. When the items were delivered, I had my daughter try the outfit on, and it doesn’t even fit! Their sizing chart is completely off! Then the mystery item they sent is not even her size, is not denim like they claim, is completely see through, and is a value of $27.99. That’s a $15 difference from what I was sold! False advertising at its finest. I attempted to reach out to them via their website, and at the time their return portal was down, so it stated to email their customer service. I sent them a very detailed email on 8/7 letting them know my frustration and asked how I can return for a refund. I have yet to hear from them. I sent a follow up email this morning in disbelief that I haven’t heard anything from them. Their return portal is now up and running and it’s saying I cannot return these items because they were final sale items! So you’re honestly telling me that because your sizing chart is inaccurate and you sold mystery boxes at a value that was in no way true nor the size of my daughter, that I won’t receive a refund?! That is completely unethical and flat out a horrible way to make a profit and take advantage of your customers! So if you’re reading this, I beg you, do NOT purchase from them! Don’t want to end up screwed over like me.
