I have ordered before from here without a problem and absolutely loved the dresses I received for my nieces. When I ordered this time, I received the incorrect item. I reached out to their customer service to request they send me the item I paid for and how to send the incorrect one back. Most responses from them take over 48 hours, and are not helpful. They are making me jump through hoops for a mistake they made. I am extremely disappointed as any previous experience where a company was at fault, they made it right. And now, if I follow their instructions, I won't have the dress for the occasion so it is irrelevant. So frustrating!!
