UPDATE: The company reached out to me regarding my missing item issue, and went over and beyond to make things right. I was told that the item is being shipped priority mail which was very kind. They told me to keep my original items without having to return, so I am so happy my daughter is able to wear the complete look. They also checked my entire order since items were on pre-order to give up more updates. The fact that they spent the time and effort to fix the error means everything to me a consumer. The quality and styles of the clothes, especially the Christmas outfit I ordered is top notch. I am happy that I can now return as a customer now that I know that the company did everything they could to set things right. Great customer service at the end of the day. Ordered an outfit a month in advance to the event we need it for and it arrived just in enough time. Excited to open it, I was disappointed to find that the shirt was missing from the outfit. I paid the price for the 3 piece set that only can with two of the three items.This is the company's mistake. When I reached out to have the missing shirt shipped I was told I would have to return my order, wait for refund, to then repurchase my items that were a preorder so this can take up to to 30 days to get the correct order.I need the outfit for next week. I now have to buy a shirt to match, spending extra money while still paying full price for the outfit. Yes, I could just return it for a refund but we wanted the outfit, and purchased a matching hat and boots to go with as well. Nothing was done to correct their error. Not worth dealing with. Avoid this company at all costs.Tip for consumers:I’ve read reviews shipping takes a looong time, and this is true. My items were pre-order and still waiting for boots I ordered at the same time, but know these items were a preorder I expected this. Just not a reliable company and it’s a shame because the outfits are cute. Shop elsewhere to avoid a headache and to prevent having to rebuy things.
