I ordered a dress in October and returned it according to their return policy. I never heard from them so reached out a few weeks later. Long story short, I still do not have my store credit or refund. They said they emailed me a store credit which I never received. Yes, I checked spam and junk. They said they would reach out to those in charge again. I have asked for a phone number to speak to a human and never received it. So in a nutshell, they have my money and the dress. Buyer beware!
