I received a pair of sunglasses from Mia Burton 10 days ago. Upon my first use of the glasses, the came apart from the lenses. A small cap nut was not properly tightened on the frame and fell off causing the frame to come apart. Since the cap nut is so small, I am unable to locate it and repair the glasses myself. I contacted Mia Burton customer service regarding this recent purchase and the poor assembly of this product. I was told I have to cover all costs for replacement or repair which would be €90. Which is ridiculous considering Mia Burton sent me a poor quality and faulty product and should offer a complimentary replacement.
