To be fair, their options and promotions are the best in the market. But transparency and punctuality is terrible. I ordered a sunglasses which was and is in stock still, it took them 3,5 weeks to ship it. Until then no one answered my emails, the chat was always stuck with the AI agent. Then I reported them to PayPal, one day later I got a shipment notification... Communicate with your customers can't be that hard, plus they can offer some discounts for this type of delays. I won't be recommending them or buy anything from them personally.
