Made an order on 21 January with an estimate delivery of 29 January - 03 February. The order has not yet been shipped so will not be arriving by the 3rd. I received a notification email on 29 January that the order is late - likely a auto email triggers by not been sent by estimated delivery window starting. I have read some of these reviews where people have paid and have waited months for a refund due to order never actually been sent. If order cannot be fulfilled then I expect a prompt refund. I expect an update by 10am on Monday 02 February. I have already emailed and therefore you have my order number and email address so please do not ask me to contact you again.
