I purchased some sun glasses. They took a long time to arrive, but I was happy with them. Then the Gucci symbol fell off! I took photos and sent to customer services. They wanted me to pay £55 to return them and have them replaced. It took over a week to even get this response! I’ll be avoiding them going forward.
