I placed an order for two pairs of reading glasses on July 5, 2025, and at the time of purchase, I was advised that they would ship by July 22, 2025.I urgently need these glasses as my current pair is broken. I assumed that three weeks would be the maximum wait for standard frames, but as of today (23 July 2025), the order status still shows processing, with no indication of shipping.The automated chatbot has been unhelpful, and I have already emailed to request that if the glasses do not ship by 25 July 2025, I wish to cancel the order. I have not received any response. maybe a response to this forum will be received.
