If I can, I would rate 0 star for both Mia Burton and FedEx (Negative rating for FedEx if allowed). My order (MB-1742768421112) was placed on 3/23/25. The pair of glasses was not shipped until 4/11/2025. It was fine as long as it could arrive before my vacation in late April. It NEVER arrived. The package got hold at customs for weeks...not until I return from vacation and later emailed Mia Burton and FedEx. The package got released on 5/1 from FedEx Memphis hub...and then it went LOST!!! I contacted Mia Burton to request a refund. I even showed the FedEx email that they admitted the package got lost. Nothing happened. The only response I got is that Mia Burton needs to file a claim with FedEx. The refund process is still ongoing after weeks, and after numerous emails. I was never contacted by them proactively. It is always me asking for the status of the order, the shipment and the refund. Extremely disappointed on such customer service!!!
