This company is a complete joke. The glasses looked decent in the photos, but what I received was flimsy, low-quality junk that felt like it would snap in a week. The prescription was slightly off, and the frames were crooked right out of the box. For what I paid, I expected at least basic quality control—apparently, that's too much to ask.And don’t bother trying to get help. There’s no real customer service—just an AI chatbot that repeats the same copy-pasted nonsense no matter what you ask.
