I placed an order for prescription eyeglasses with custom lenses from Mia Burton on April 3rd, 2025, at a cost of $611.50 CAD. The item was shipped on April 16th, and I tracked the parcel until it stopped updating at the FedEx Memphis Hub on April 22nd.After contacting FedEx, I was first told the package was missing, then later that it had been damaged. FedEx informed me that there was nothing they could do on my end and that only the sender (Mia Burton) could file a claim.Since then, I have been in contact with Mia Burton multiple times, and all I’ve received are vague reassurances that they are “waiting for answers from FedEx.” It has now been nearly a month, and I am still without my glasses — which I urgently need — and out over $600.This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I have received no resolution, no update, and no accountability. I am demanding a full refund immediately.I am hoping that this comment will make the company take action and finally issue my refund. Enough is enough.
