Having read the reply, it would appear that often the response to a negative comment on here is responded with 'we don't have an email from you' I sent an email on 24/03/25 and have not had a response. The present will now not be here in time and i ordered 3 weeks before the event. this is not good enough. Cancel my order i will order through a site that delivers within 24 hours. # MB-1741443165284I made an order for sunglasses on 08/03/25 it’s almost 3 weeks since I placed my order. I was informed that the item would be delivered 21-25/03/25. It is a present for a friends birthday on 29/03/25. I received an email to say there was a delay, I emailed yesterday to get confirmation of its arrival and have not had a reply. There are other companies selling the same product with next day delivery
