Placed an order on 5th March. It’s the 24th March and still no delivery, no regular updates, no tracking code, the order hasn’t even left their warehouse. Emailed customer service and got no reply..however, they seem to respond on here. You can’t message on ig and the website bot provides no assistance to your matter. The wait time and no updates is unacceptable considering I bought a “quick ship” item. I’m expecting customer service to reply to me immediately via email after reading this review to resolve!
