I'm unsure if the product is effective. I returned everything after discovering attempts to charge two of my credit cards. I asked for a full refund, and I'm still uncertain if it's been processed. I attempted to cancel the order within 5 to 10 minutes of placing it but was informed that cancellation wasn't possible. The product might be great, but the financial practices are concerning.
