I applied the lotion consistently for over 5 weeks, using it at least twice daily, sometimes three times. Unfortunately, the outcomes I hoped for, such as reduced wrinkles and well-hydrated skin, were the opposite of what I experienced. My skin actually appeared to have more wrinkles, and I felt that applying it twice daily was insufficient as my skin became dry. I truly wanted this product to be effective, but it didn't work for me. Additionally, I found it disheartening that many reviews focused on customer service rather than the product itself.
