I’m very frustrated because this is now the second time I’ve had the exact same issue with an order from Miaustore.My latest order (#611407, January 19, 2026) has been stuck on “Payment pending” for days. I paid via PayPal, which normally confirms and processes payments instantly, yet:the order status has not changedI did not receive a proper order confirmation emailit’s completely unclear whether my order is being processed at allThis is especially concerning because the same thing already happened before with order #611345 (October 17, 2025). That order also remained on “Payment pending,” was never fulfilled, and I eventually had to request my money back.Now the exact same situation is happening again, which suggests a serious problem with their payment or order management system. When customers are paying premium prices, they should not have to wonder whether their order even exists in the system.The product itself may be good, but the ordering experience feels unreliable and stressful. Poor communication and repeated payment status issues make it very difficult to trust the company.At this point, I honestly don’t know if it’s worth trying to order again.
