Twice I have ordered a product and only one item of the two arrived. I have made countless attempts to contacted but to no avail. There are two phone numbers online for them but they are for a different company. They do not respond to emails. I am going to make a formal complaint to Consumer Rights and whoever else I can find. Disgraceful service.
