I had incidentally trialled MicroCloud mattresses and mattress topper at a boutique hotel in Melbourne. I liked it so much that I hunted down the company. For a number of years I’ve had the mattress topper on my mattress and it worked really well.So when it came to getting a new mattress (which comes with a mattress protector and mattress topper as part of the package) I looked to MicroCloud. It met all my additional criteria such as good pressure care and being very soft. An accidental mistake was made in ordering the mattress by the company (they are made to order) but the MicroCloud Bedding sorted this out very quickly for me which I was extremely appreciative of as my body causes me a lot if pain due to a severe medical condition.The company was willing to answer my questions (some which I asked multiple times) and work with the company who pays various bills I have and as I said, sorted out the mistake very quickly which I was very thankful for. I definitely recommend checking out this company if you’re interested in a new mattress and similarly if you’re not ready to replace your mattress but you do want some additional support or softness, I also recommend the mattress topper on its own.I am always honest but not always the easiest person to deal with, and this company was understanding and didn’t make me feel guilty and apologised and was good. I highly recommend.
