I've been using Microkeeper for my growing not for profit, with numerous departments, and rather quirky pay rate rules, etc. And Microkeeper has been such a time saver. What used to take me up to an hour with 8 employees now takes me less than 20 minutes with up to 19 employees with various rates, rules, timesheets, and such.
