The login process is excruciating! Despite changing my password repeatedly, I find myself stuck in a never-ending loop of failures. It’s surprising that a major tech company struggles with such a basic function, impacting users' ability to access or purchase products. Additionally, their tech support seems to be outsourced to locations where communication is a challenge. This approach to diversity is puzzling when it leads to such significant barriers. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing.
