Just absolutely ridiculous. Had a duplicate charge on 365 business and I literally can't speak to anyone. I am going round in circles. The only account login I have is for an account I have paid for in full but a monthly charge has been taken from my account in addition to this. The monthly is obviously set up somewhere on a different login for a trial that has fell into charges. It is under the same email but I can't login. It is literally the worst service I have ever had. Nightmarish black mirror stuff of going round in circles.
