I used to love Excel and Word. I mastered hybrid selection workflows—scattered copy, non-contiguous text, precision formatting. Now those methods are broken. Microsoft removed core functionality, forced Snipping Tool as a workaround, and buried real support behind a cluttered, confusing website.They presume to know what’s best for users while stripping away control. I waste time trying to fix what they broke—and I’m paying for it. This isn’t innovation. It’s sabotage.I’ve filed a formal complaint and will be posting this publicly on multiple platforms: ComplaintsBoard, ConsumerAffairs, BBB, Reddit, and Twitter. Microsoft deserves every ounce of backlash coming their way.
