At Microsoft you have to enter a new credit card twice – first into the wallet, then again link it to the subscription. Utterly redundant. And the input field for the three-digit security code is 10 cm wide. For a garage startup you might forgive that, but for a billion-dollar corporation that’s cash-hungry, it’s just embarrassingly bad UX.Still, since it worked in the end, I’m rounding up the otherwise ungrantable 1.6 stars to a 2.0.
