Shocking: Blatent breach of Direct Debit Regulations

Shocking. (1) MS applied a +38% price increase on my company's PowerBI licence and (2) breached Direct Debit regulations by deduction MORE than their advised price increase. It's taken over 6 weeks and c. 20+emails so far to get a refund for the overcharge and I only got them to agree by threatening to instigate a chargeback through our bank. Moreso, they claim they only applied a 5% increase to the subscription price and the other +33% came from a change in my "billing plan". We have not changed anything with regards to our billing plan. I'm awaiting an explanation now. Strongly recommend avoiding Microsoft where alternative providers are an option. BE WARNED - they hide behind a myriad of dysfunctional and disconnecteds teams, none of which take any responsibilty, relying on customers to lose the will to live and stop chasing.....then try to close the support case when you've run out of breath.
