I have been tying to recover my Microsoft account for months and to no avail. As my address and phone number has changed multiple times since, I set up the account, I am not able to remember these details which I'm asked for to recover it. The alternative questions they ask are invalid and obscure, for example they are asking for my Skype account details to confirm my identity. Once again, I have not used Skype for over 15 years, as this platform is now obsolete. THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH A REAL PERSON which would be most desirable. This is in so much contrast to Apple customer service, where you can always get help speaking to a real life customer service representative.
