Microsoft’s worst customer service yet (and that’s saying a LOT)

Microsoft software is bad enough, full as it is with bugs, unintuitive menu systems, bloated updates and automatic ‘features’ that everyone always wants to turn off. But their recent decision to force domestic customers to accept a 35% cost increase by bundling in their unwanted, unnecessary and appallingly bad AI service really takes the biscuit. Sadly, there’s no point in urging anyone to cancel their subscription because Microsoft is ubiquitous, which is why they don’t care at all about their customers. The only thing to do is to add voice to the legions of people here already noting what Microsoft products all are: absolute garbage.
