Extremely poor customer service. Truly so bad, I don't remember experiencing such bad service anywhere before. I got a business subscription and nothing works. For two months I just spend evenings on the phone with Microsoft, because there are always issues. I got so tired of it, asked them to send guidance through email or remote control my screen. The instructions they send are just wrong, and they can't fix problems. It is just a sea of calls so they can close the ticket but nothing gets resolved.
